Information on the processing of personal data
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR), CER Fersped informs you how it processes your data.

- Applicants for available roles.
- Website visitors.
Data categories
- Identification and contact data: first and last name, role, company, email, phone.
- Professional data from CVs: experience, qualifications, education.
- Technical browsing data.
Purposes
- Quoting, conclusion and performance of rail transport contracts and related services.
- Recruitment and staff selection.
- Fulfilment of legal and railway-safety obligations.
- Administration and security of the website.
Recipients
Public authorities, when required by law; IT and hosting service providers under processing agreements; and contractual partners involved in transport execution, strictly to the extent necessary.
Retention period
Data are kept for the period necessary for the purpose for which they were collected and in accordance with applicable statutory archiving periods.
Rights of data subjects
The right to information, access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection and the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing. Requests should be sent to office@cerfersped.ro. We respond within 30 days at most.
