1. Who we are
CER Fersped (hereinafter the “Company”) operates the cerfersped.ro website and acts as a personal-data controller within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
The data controller is CER-FERSPED SA, with its registered office at 241A Barbu Vacarescu Blvd, BVO building, 3rd floor, District 2, Bucharest, Romania, registered with the Trade Register under no. J40/8153/2006, tax identification number RO 18685519. Data-protection contact: office@cerfersped.ro.
2. What data we collect
- Contact form: name, company, email, phone and message content.
- Recruitment form: name, email, phone, desired role, message and attached CV.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages accessed, collected through server logs and strictly necessary cookies.
3. Purposes and legal basis for processing
- Responding to commercial and quotation requests (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, pre-contractual steps).
- Recruitment process (Art. 6(1)(b) and (a) GDPR).
- Website operation and security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest).
4. How long we retain data
Commercial requests are kept for the duration of the contractual relationship or for a maximum of 3 years after the last communication. CVs and applicant data are retained for a maximum of 12 months from receipt, unless the applicant requests earlier deletion.
5. To whom we disclose data
Data are not sold or disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes. Our web-hosting and email providers may access them solely for technical operation of the site under data-processing contracts. Data are not transferred outside the European Union.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to office@cerfersped.ro. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.
7. Data security
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to data received through forms is limited to staff responsible for sales and human resources.
